Professional Dentist Teeth Whitening, Are the results permanent?

How does the procedure work? and does it hurt? I have a appointment next week. Do the results last permanently?

Professional Dentist Teeth Whitening, Are the results permanent?
It definately doesnt last forever. I had mine Zoom whitened in 2004 and you can%26#039;t even tell anymore (and I dont drink soda/coffee or smoke). It isnt painful to have done tho your mouth will be sore from being open so long. Bring chap stick cus your lips will be dryyyyyy. I don%26#039;t recommend doing it when its cold outside because if you breath thru your teeth and its cold the results are like chewing on aluminum foil...
Reply:No the results don%26#039;t last permanently and thats why I use hydrogen peroxide everyday.

Very cheap at the market and works well.

Mix it one to one with water and keep it in your mouth for 1 minute.

Great for your gums to!

You know it just depends if you use tobacco or drink coffee or don%26#039;t brush your teeth enough.

Try the hydrogen peroxide and don%26#039;t get pocket shock and smile when ever you get the chance.

PEACE!
Reply:No, it%26#039;s not permanent, especially if you drink coffee, cola, wine or eat alot of tomato sauses- all foods and beverages that stain your teeth. Smoking also discolors your teeth. My teeth were done 4 yrs ago and they are still whiter than they were originally, but not as white as initially after treatment. It does not hurt really, but does make your teeth somewhat sensitive to hot and cold, for a brief time after treatment.
