My daughter's milk teeth ?

My daughter is 5 yrs and 5 months old . I know she has all her milk teeth out but 2 days ago she had this slight fever that comes and go which I thought was caused by the weather ( we%26#039;re changing from hot to cold weather ) and then she complained but not cried about her tooth hurting . It didn%26#039;t seem like a real toothache coz she didn%26#039;t really mind it . Then last night she fell asleep without brushing her teeth so I carried her and was going to brush her teeth when I saw teeth coming out one on both sides on her lower jaws . Is that permanent teeth ? Her milk teeth are all out so I figured that must be it . It%26#039;s Friday night when I saw it so I still have to wait Monday to check with dental . She was really happy about it too ! Both teeth are half-way out and half is still under the gums which she saw .

My daughter%26#039;s milk teeth ?
Are they front teeth? If they are, then she%26#039;s getting her permanent teeth. Children have 20 deciduous (Or %26quot;Baby%26quot; teeth, or as you called them %26quot;milk teeth%26quot;) So if she%26#039;s got all 20, then the new teeth are permanent teeth coming through.
Reply:Yep sounds like adult teeth to me
Reply:those are called the %26quot;six year molars%26quot;...
