Permanent white spots on my teeth?

i%26#039;ve had white spots on my two front teeth for so many years i can%26#039;t even remember how long. the doc said they%26#039;re from excess fluoride possibly, but i%26#039;m wondering, is there a way to get rid of them? THEY LOOK AWKWARD.

Permanent white spots on my teeth?
I had the same thing on 1 of my front teeth. The dentist just drilled the spot a little and placed a composite (tooth colored filling) over it. No anesthetic was needed. Now you can%26#039;t tell the spot was ever there!
Reply:what Cristen said was right. Its not fluoride but hypo plastic enamel. Fluoride will be brownish black%26amp; it will effect max of your teeth. The dentist will just drill off the white spot %26amp; fill it with tooth coloured composit or it it is a large one, go in for a crown.
Reply:i have the same thing,

but on my bottom teeth.

i recently switched dentists, and this dentist is amazing.

they told me those white spots are plaque build up from not flossing much.

he gave me a colgate prevident5000 booster,

it strengthens my teeth, and day by day the white spots go away.

you can get it at your dentist,

if they dont tell you what to do, first, you use at night, right before you go to bed.

and you brush reguarly then spit out, but DO NOT, rinse it out. In the morning you%26#039;re teeth will look stronger and whiter. :D
