I have one baby tooth in back of my mouth, the dentist did an xray and theres no permanent tooth above it should i keep it in or pull it out or will it come out on its own.

it does not hurt its not noticeable unless i open my mouth very wide and all other teeth are perfect

keep it, its your lucky charm

can you imagine having the baby tooth and the wisdom snuggled together in your mouth? cool...
Reply:My husband had one like that in the front so he had it pulled out and replaced with an implant. Since yours is in the back and not bothering you ---leave it alone.
Reply:talk to your dentist about it
Reply:I am 23 and have the same problems. My dentist told me that baby teeth do not last forever and usually fall out when you are around 30 years old. I am planning on getting implants in place of my 2 baby teeth. I recommend that you look into this so you don%26#039;t have to deal with the pain when you are older.
Reply:KEEP IT AS LONG AS YOU CAN! My sister had only baby teeth, never any adult teeth. She%26#039;s always been strange. LOL

Seriously you need to keep all your teeth as long as you can. What do you gain by pulling it? Nobody but you, and you dentist, even knows it%26#039;s there.

HAPPY MUNCHING!
Reply:I%26#039;m 27 and still have a baby tooth with no adult tooth under it. I have never pulled it because it is in good shape. If you pull it you will then need more work done to fill the gap (hence why a dentist may want it to be pulled...more money for them!)

In my opinion if its a good tooth, don%26#039;t worry about it and keep it. Like any tooth, it will come out when its ready or decayed.
Reply:keep tooth it helps to hold others in place my daughter had one baby tooth for 28 years before it came out.
Reply:I%26#039;m 28 and still have 1 baby tooth, it%26#039;s never bothered me and never been loose, I go to the dentist at least 2x a year--they have never suggested pulling it. Dental work can be very expensive so if it doesn%26#039;t bother you I would just let it be especially seeing as it is in the back of your mouth where it will not be noticed by others.
Reply:I had the same thing happen. I had 2 baby teeth and no adult teeth above. My dentist wanted to pull it and told me that they would fall out very soon. That was 10 years ago. Listen, if it is in there, then leave it. Because all that is going to happen is that your dentist will charge you for pulling it and then you are going to have to get an implant for that area. That baby tooth might last 20 more years. If it does not bother you then do not worry about it. Besides how many pople can say that they still have baby teeth.
