My 10 yr old son has just knocked his bottom incisor? tooth and it is wobbling - does anybody know if it will reset on its own or should I make emergency dental appt?

I would probably take him to the emergency dental place just to be safe. I think the roots could die.
Reply:it probably caused some nerve damage. Take him to the dentist just in case, or he could end up getting a cavity, and having alot of pain from the nerves being exposed.
Reply:Only time will tell?/ If you brought him in the office I would most likely say give it time to see but in some cases I have stabalized the tooth to adjacent teeeth!! Doc W
