Please read my answer to your other question directed to me, if you have not already. (You may have missed it.)
Reply:Talk to your family dentsit. They would know best and will even perform it if that is what you need to get done. I just advise you not to just yank them out unless they are already loose. You don't want to take the chance of taking them out and never having teeth there again.
Reply:My daughter had this. The dentist wanted to take them out and she refused. Her baby teeth are now permanent. I think you should run this question until you have a few answers. I had my baby teeth removed when I was ten. My permanent teeth came in a bit later.

I think this isn't such an unusual problem, so hopefully people will see your question if they've had the problem and answer.
Reply:if you take your baby tooth out it doesnt mean that immediately after this the permanent one will grow. in order for the permanent one to grow it must push out your baby tooth and then it will come out and make room for the new one. so if u take it out you will probably end up with a hole for a long time... just wait or talk to your dentyst
